“Gastgeber hat zwei Tage vor Anreise die Checkin Details mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung im 2. OG in der alten Villa ist wirklich schön. Dom, Altstadt, Technik-Museum, Sealife, Rhein. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. EDEKA, DM und Bäckerei zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Eine nervige Sache ist allerdings der Holzfussboden. Er knarrt bei jedem Schritt. Vor allem im Eingangsbereich der Diele durch die man auch zu Bad, Gästetoilette und einem Schlafzimmer muss. Er ist so laut, dass es nicht nur nachts……

Im Nachhinein waren wir fast froh, dass wir nur zu dritt anreisten, denn mit vier Personen wäre es Bettentechnisch sehr eng geworden. Wenn eine Wohnung angeboten wird mit zwei Schlafzimmern und es stellt sich dann heraus, dass das Wohnzimmer mit der Schlafcouch als zweites Schlafzimmer geführt wird, dann sehe ich das als irreführend an.……

The reason for the poor rating on description was because in booking this place we thought it was 2 floors with one of us being down stairs and one couple upstairs with a shared space. We didn’t realize the family lives on floors 2-3. They were wonderful hosts, no problem whatsoever we just were surprised and think that should be made known in the description.
