Close to beaches and local restaurants - property was clean - bed was comfortable with lots of extra pillows and an extra sheet - small kitchen available with a small fridge, utensils, coffee machine, blender, glasses, plates, bowls but no oven. We found the kitchen useful as we bought fresh pineapple and other fruit then cut them in the kitchen. - good instruction in the property to explain what to do with garbage and what to do if extra towels are needed or how to wash them. - one negative is that the air conditioner is loud. The first night my wife found it difficult to sleep due to the noise of the AC. They don’t offer the VRBO guest amenities as they offer online, like parking in there parking garage or use of other amenities at the hotel. I was even told by two different staff members that Aloha Surf Guest come first. Then the VRBO guest get what is left over after 4pm. The building is run down and is past due for a remodel. It was mostly clean. Curtains and walls could use a good cleaning, but other than that, it looked just like the pictures. Very efficient space.
