As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. “Another Thanksgiving with family. We had a great stay… kitchen is fully stocked for a holiday meal, beds are comfortable and the wood burning stove is perfect! About a 30-40 min walk into Idyllwild but not a difficult one. Quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the annual tree lighting. Only thing that would have made it that much better would’ve been some snow. Merry Christmas! ”

“This was a truly amazing cabin to stay in. From the moment we arrived everything was comfortable and inviting. Every detail of the cabin is clearly designed to make you feel warm and cozy. From countless soft blankets, to fluffy pillows, memory foam mattresses and soft lighting. This cabin was made to allow you to unwind and relax in the crisp mountain air. “Very cozy and well furnished. Relaxing in the living room was very nice. We mostly used the heater but sometimes the fireplace, and they each worked great.We cooked many of our meals and found the kitchen to be very functional and spacious. Several hikes within minutes of cabin and the town wasn't far either.We would definitely stay again!”
