“Got there in the dark, directions were pretty straight forward, but it still seemed a little invasive with the house so close. Internet didn't work well until the host reset it in the morning, so we couldn't use the Roku system on the TV or login to our computer internet. Since we got there so late it just didn't feel right to pester the host about it. Dogs were super friendly and didn't bark. The host was friendly and accomodating”

“Wow. This home is wonderful. Very clean, close to the river. Our dogs were very welcome here. We have 2 labs, and it can be difficult to find a rental that allows larger dogs. Jim and Sharon are fantastic !”

“I cannot say enough good things about this little slice of peaceful heaven!!! The neighborhood is quaint, quiet, and so beautiful. Shannon is the most welcoming and responsive host, and the cottage is stunning. Just when you think it couldn’t get more magical, the place lights up at night into a peaceful evening wonderland. I had the best night sleep there I’ve had in decades. The use of the kayaks and the waterfront access was so special for my niece and I to enjoy the water and nature that……

“This adorable little cottage worked perfectly for us to stay close for our early morning manatee excursion! It was supplied with coffee and there was a microwave and air fryer for warming up leftovers. Do double check your email and make sure you can see the check in instructions- we couldn’t find them in the app or on email, so had to contact the host directly to get checkin instructions. Otherwise it was a very smooth stay and host was very responsive! ”

“The property was close to Fort Island beach, Three Sisters Spring, and the small hunters beach which is in Crystal River. The property was clean and easy to check in. Honestly, the property was close to everything you would need such as grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. ”
