The staff were excellent, very efficient at check in. The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants and all the attractions. It was very quiet which I appreciated. It is rare to get a two bedroom with balcony so it is great for families. The hotel needs to be updated, the furniture and decor are very tired.

We have stayed at the Chateau Cartier several times and love this hotel. The rooms are a very generous size. The location is great! Nice Japanese restaurant on site and nice breakfast options! Our next trip we will try the spa facilities attached to this hotel! the check in staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. One would not be disappointed staying at this hotel! I forgot to mention ,our room had its own private balcony / rooftop patio!
