"The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to come down Hanama Pl. "

Was in Kona for a wedding with most of the guests staying at the King Kamehameha Courtyard Hotel. This was near everything and saved us a ton of cash! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
