"The hosts were great and great communication. The villa was beautiful and set in a quiet location overlooking the hills. Everyday the farmer would move the sheep which was nice to watch. The villa had everything we needed. We requested the pool to be heated which it was for our arrival. This meant we were able to swim in there this time of year as without it we wouldn’t be able to get in the pool. If you do use the pool in the cooler months please cover it up when not in use as we didn’t and our bill was big. We have enjoyed our stay so much we booked again before we left. We are looking forward to our return "

"Absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time here, the pool and garden are stunning. The house is very traditional, which we loved. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but only a short drive into Paphos. Highly recommend the restaurant just across the road, the portions were huge and the service impeccable. "The villa is lovely, well set out, clean and well maintained. Both the inside and outside areas were great for our all adult family. Enough seating and dining areas, the kitchen was very well equipped and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Beautiful view over the coast set in a quite area, a car is a must. The hosts were very responsive with excellent communication, the check in and check out ran very smoothly. We had a lovely stay and I would definatley recommend"

"Great location with sun all day in the garden. Great view of the sea and the sunset. Spacious villa, 3 good size bedrooms. Owner Demi was always on hand if you needed to communicate with her. Pool area was nice and there was plenty of space for all the family to relax. Used the bbq a few times. Kathikas the village is also a nice little village. It's a peaceful location away from the busier tourist spots, but can quite easily (if you have a car) get down to the beaches and towns of Paphos on the one side and Polis on the other. Would recommend this place to stay."

"Hi, we stayed in this Villa for two weeks in July 2025 as we we're getting married nearby. The Villa is in a very affluent area and is one of the nicest areas in Cyprus. The Villa sits on a hillside and is about 25 minutes drive from downtown Paphos and 15 minutes from Coral Bay. The Villa is well equipped and in generally really good condition with great size rooms. We had a really relaxing time and the only minor points are that there are signs of ageing that are relatively minor such as panels coming loose, old pans, pool grout, aircon units etc but nothing that takes anything away from the overall condition of the property. We would fully recommend to anybody and the local restauraunts are amazing. You will need a car to access the apartment - but Kamares Village is well worth the drive and we fell in love with it. We will definitely be returning."
