“We had a brilliant stay here just after Christmas for 6 nights. The cottage was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed—it felt like a proper home away from home. The kids absolutely loved feeding the farm animals every morning (so did we!) it was such a fun way to start the day and definitely made the stay extra special. Carolyn and Carl were fantastic hosts—so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a family……

“No communication from host despite emailing several times, no access details received. Could not find property. Vrbo support contacted him to be informed house wasn’t ready to hire. Stranded 12 of us in Devon at 6pm on Friday evening of BH weekend, including baby and dog. Absolute nightmare! Only given 1 star as 0 stars wasn’t an option. ”
