Pool, Marina, Clubhouse, Fishing & more! Spend your vacation on the bayside of Key Largo, with the best SUNSETS to end your day. Steps away from the large heated swimming pool and kiddie pool. Walk to a strip of restaurants on the water and enjoy a gorgeous sunset. We have the best fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding and diving the world has to offer. Come enjoy the island life in your comfortable and clean vacation house, on a property with everything you need, just bring your groceries! Great for a staycation, a work-from-home alternative with fast internet, or for a fun family vacation. Guests love our home because the amenities at Moon Bay are amazing: marina, kayak and boat launch, small private beach, club house with ping pong table, foos ball, beautiful pool, tennis courts, basketball court, barbecue/picnic area. Our townhouse is very comfortable and fully prepared for guests. We love guests and they love our home! Our home has a master suite with king size bed, second suite with queen bed and two twin beds. Both rooms have private en-suite bathrooms, with a half-bath downstairs. We provide pool towels, bath towels, and all linens. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker (drip system and Keurig), and toaster. Suggested items that you should bring to make your stay more comfortable: laundry detergent if you plan on using the washer and dryer, coffee if you like a specific type, extra paper towels, extra garbage bags, cleaning supplies, suntan lotion and bug spray. BOAT SLIP/ACCESS: We do not have a deeded boat slip/dock, though you can rent one from our property manager. I suggest using the Caribbean Club for storage of the trailer or the boat ramp that allows trailer storage. The cost is $10 a week and it's right next door, within walking distance. Very convenient! Airbnb does not allow me to post the property manager's contact info until after you book, but I will be happy to provide after. The slips in the marina may not be used unless your boat is registered with Moon Bay and you have rented a slip. Any unregistered boats will be locked and fined. Please follow all house rules posted in Airbnb. The security deposit will be affected if house rules are broken. Please leave our home as it was when you arrived. The islands of the Florida Keys in this Southernmost part of the United States and is a chain of unique and inter-connected islands--some inhabited, some not--ending in the City of Key West, just 90 miles from Cuba. The Florida Keys, known locally as "The Conch Republic", is a spectacular and laid-back sub-tropical paradise, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay/Gulf of Mexico. The Keys feature great fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and diving, hotels, resorts, B&B's and cuisine and cocktails to fit every budget. There is entertainment to fit every taste, important history and a unique culture, sunsets that will keep you spellbound, special events going on throughout the year and you don't need a passport to visit here! So, what are you waiting for? We've saved a space for you! It is suggested to purchase travel insurance, Hurricane season is from June 1 to Dec 1, and there will be no refunds for cancelled bookings due to hurricanes or mandatory evacuations. Sorry No Pets & No Smoking! 7 Night Minimum \*\*The Moon Bay pool will be closed September through November, 2022 for renovation\*\* The unit has complete guest access via door code. Our guests can use all areas of the home, but there are two locked owner's closets. I'm always easily available by text or phone. I provide recommended things to do and suggest restaurants as your check-in date approaches. But you can always contact me if you have any questions about the area during your stay. The Keys and the ocean is our backyard and our playground, so explore and see as much as you can during your visit! I will not disturb you during your stay. If you like to fish, dive, snorkel, swim, play tennis, kayak, paddle board, bike, or just relax, this is probably the right place for you. Centrally located in Key Largo, the private gated community sits on the bayside with the best sunsets. Once outside the gates , we are within a few block to everything that downtown Key Largo has to offer. Just down the street is Dolphin Plus and Cove for swimming with the Dolphins, Jacobs Aquatic Center with Olympic pool, diving boards and kiddie water park a few miles away. You will find local restaurants, Pennecamp State Park, Key Largo Marina where you can charter for deep sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkel trips or catch a Sunset Sail, Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center, Theater of the Sea (marine mammal park), Humphrey Bogart's African Queen, Two hour amazing scenic drive down to Key West ranked as one of the most beautiful drives in the USA. Oh, and don't forget about great shops nearby, too. It's suggested to rent a car from either Miami or Fort Lauderdale Airports. We do have Uber to help get around once you are here. Trash and recycle bins are located near the exit gate. All trash needs to be thrown away upon departure. Please pull out the support legs on both ends of the convertible chairs if you plan to use them. The convertible chairs are intended for KIDS (under 100lbs). The sheets are in the upstairs hallway closet. If you have more that 4 adults, you may want to find a better fit for your vacation. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Please be mindful of the neighbors when outside after 10\. Sound travels far. Please close the umbrellas at the pool when you are done for the day. We encourage all guests to buy travel insurance. We love the amenities of the property including the common room with foosball, ping pong and electric table games; the docks to fish and keep the boat; the grills, hammocks, and plenty of pool seating! This unit fit our family perfectly! It was so nice to have the bedrooms upstairs and the living space downstairs. Plenty of room to spread out. Very nicely furnished, comfortable, and had all the “accessories” needed for the week! Celia was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again! PS. Don’t miss Gilbert’s down the street for fishing the docks at night and having a snack/drink! We stayed for six days with our two teen boys and tween daughter. The unit was perfectly located, just steps from the pool. She proactively contacted me and answered my questions immediately before our arrival and during the stay. The location was perfect for our trip. We went to Key Largo to snorkel and scuba dive. Amoray Dive Center is next door, and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is a 5-minute drive. We were close to many great restaurants, stores, and attractions. The VRBO was immaculate and well-organized. We went as a family of 5 and had more than enough room to relax and sleep. I really appreciated that she provided enough linens, towels, and comfy blankets. The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked for quite a few nights. We did not use the pool, but it was clean and inviting. And the sunsets! WOW! Lots of space to spread out and relax quietly or gather all together and play games. The kitchen was well equipped and was a great space for us to bake Christmas cookies. It was our first trip with our baby and Celia had everything set up to make our trip as smooth as possible! Condo had all the amenities you need to feel at home and centrally located to restaurants, grocery and activities. Pictures accurately reflected the rooms and the resort. Sunsets views were fantastic off the resort docks. Celia was great and responsive from start to finish. Sunset views were the Best! Pool and grills were nicest we’ve ever seen. Grounds were well maintained and clean. Owner was extremely nice and responsive. We kayaked around the bay and enjoy sunset out on the dock with other residents. Her vacation booklet was filled with helpful suggestions and we used the Scuba company that she recommended within walking distance from the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware but the Teflon pans could be updated. Teflon friendly spatulas might be helpful. Perfect for Two couples vacationing together. Each bedroom had its own private full bath which is great. The unit was found in clean and pristine condition. Lower level kitchen and gathering area was of perfect size for us and had everything you would need. Upper balcony had a great view of the bay. My brother in law is an early riser. The property had a nice pier with a covered sitting area at the end where he was perfectly content relaxing w his coffee while waiting for the rest of our group to get moving. Side note: these Vrbo’s open a whole new world up for us vacationers. This condo was exactly as listed. Location on the site was super convenient. Centrally located, close to the pool but only steps away from the docks and small private beach! It has great views from the upper balcony. The grounds were clean and well kept, very peaceful and quite. This location has it all! Our family really used the grounds and we are so thankful for all these amenities. The small private beach had kayaks/paddle boards, dock area for fishing with a convenient fish cleaning station, the fishing kept my boys so busy!! Of course the pool too was a hit to cool off from the warm days in sunny FL ☀️☀️ Huge clean club house with games, full kitchen and ice boxes. Hammocks and swings to relax and enjoy the beauty key largo has to offer! Celia’s unit was great. Clean, quite and spacious. It has everything you need. It has a washer/ dryer in the unit which is always super convenient and a bonus for a young family! We had a small hiccup with someone parking in our designated parking spot after hours, on a holiday weekend (completely out of the owners hands) but Celia was still quick to jump in and problem solve. Her communication is 10/10!! It has comfortable furniture and beds. It has a small beach and is steps from the pool. The balcony is great for sunset watching. The panty staple items available were amazing. Any trouble we had was handled quickly by Celia. The townhouse is sat directly in the center of the most dynamic view of the bay, pool, and most gorgeous sunset in the world! The unit was fully stocked, clean, and easily accessible for check in. The gated community was a huge plus that provides safety and an extra peace of mind. Miss Celia provided her text info along with email for almost INSTANT answers for any questions! Kayaks, beach towels, and lots of other activity equipment was provide while on your stay too! The shocking aspect was how quiet and serene the entire resort is, and all the people there were so kind and hospitable. Every morning prior to 8am, there's a silent army of maintenance crew attending the pools, lawns, and even raking the beach- so EVERYTHING is kept impeccably neat! The strolls on the boat docks were one of our fam's favs, with large sea fish in clear sight (it was like walking on top of a giant aquarium)!
