“A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. “We had a great stay! The unit was spacious enough and served our needs perfectly. Was quite impressed with the host/property management who were very responsive and prompt anytime we messaged them with a question or issue. Other than the minor glitch sorting out the parking, it was the perfect venue. The minor glitch with the parking was certainly not nearly a big enough deal to prevent us from staying there again in the future. ”

“We enjoyed our stay however the listing says the property "sleeps 4" yet there was only 1 bed and nothing like a pullout couch or something. Theres enough space in the livingroom for a blow up mattress but that should be specified with the listing. I had enough space for my playpen and my young child alternated with my partner sleeping on the small couch. Just a more specified description would have helped but otherwise it was exactly what we needed for the weekend. I would book this place……

“The overall property isn’t terrible; it’s spacious, and exactly as the photos show. However, there’s some issues, the property looks isn’t clean- it’s tidy, but not clean. There’s only one trash in the entire unit, the front door is very hard to open, especially from the inside and the people who live upstairs are constantly smoking weed- as soon as you enter the unit, you’re hit INSTANTLY, with the smell of weed.
