Zu kalt morgens. Das Haus ist allgemein unbewohnt. Die Einfahrt zum Carport schmal. Steile Stiege zur FeWo und das 2\. SZ ist 1\. Stock höher. Der Kamin ist nur elektrische BeleuchKamin ist nur elektronische Beleuchtung. "
