"We stayed at this lovely home in July with our two sons. It was everything was needed and wanted. The house is perfect. Great location, safe, lots of shade. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. We will be back!"

"The place was quite & cozy and the hot tub was amazing. There were games & books. They really thought if everything. I wish the toaster oven & grill was cleaned prior to our arrival. Pleaae make sure u have a true 4x4 Vehicle and arrive in the daytime...no real roads just or traditional signs just sand dunes everywhere.But I enjoyed being slightly off the grid for a weekend."

"Absolutely loved this house. Probably one of my favorite vrbo's we have ever stayed at. It was quiet and relaxing in fact we didnt see anyone all week but the horse guides drivong around. Didnt have much luck catching any fish. Most evenings or mornings the horses would be all around the house. The house was super clean for a house located in a sandy area. Hadno issues at all driving up and down the beach. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a chill, relaxing, quiet vacation. "

"We had a fantastic stay. We had everything we needed for cooking meals. Yes, it’s remote, but it’s very peaceful and quiet. We wanted to get away from it all with the family, and we spent hours at both the beach (short walk) and playing in the pool. The home is very clean. We saw horses everyday but one. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Would highly recommend! "

"The Carte’s were extremely pleased with our stay for the 2025 Labor Day holiday. The house was amazing, clean and Phil was extremely helpful with answering our questions about the area. The best part of our trip was by far the wild horses and the seclusion of the Rusty Crab. We recommend booking a visit at this house and giving it a 10 out of 10!!!"

"House was very clean & in a great location on the canal. Was very peaceful watching boats go by on the canal. Did some fishing on the canal too. We saw horses nearby! Unfortunately our trip was cut short due to a family emergency, but I would definitely stay here again. Hosts very responsive. 5 stars all around. "
