Maria’s home with Terrace, close to the Beach
At 300 meters of distance from the sandy beach of Kos, our beautiful home is able to comfortably accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms. A great choice for friends and families looking for a hassle free stay close to Kos town. The flat is located in a quiet area, with shops, restaurants and services at easy reach. Wifi, air-conditioning, TVs, washer available!
Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 50m2 of interior space. It offers one main double bedroom. In the main area there is a wall and curtain creating a second bedroom area with another double bed. Both double beds can also be turned into two twin beds.
There is an open space kitchen and dining area with a mini sofa. In the main area there is one air conditioning unit. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal of the day and there is a spacious bathroom. Bath robes, shampoo, soap and other essentials/toiletries are provided.
A washing machine is available in the house free for our guests to use. Last but not least, our home features a wonderful sun terrace with outdoor furniture, ideal to enjoy your meals or drinks al fresco!
This is a bright and modern home for a hassle-free stay, suitably located 5’ walk from the nearest beach, 10’ walk from Kos Marina and 25’ walk from Kos historic city center!

Our home is located in the quiet and residential area, off the center of Kos. It is located about 300m from the seafront where you can find an organized beach and a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. You will also find supermarket, bike and car rentals.
At the nearby International Marina of Kos you can find more shops, bars, restaurants and various services. The center of Kos is located about 25’ away on foot where you can find all kinds of shops, services, banks and the city hospital. The town of Kos is famous for its historical and archeological sites that are definitely worth your visit! Our neighborhood is an ideal location to stay away from the busy tourist crowds and experience the vibes of a quiet neighborhood.
*Please note: Property is equipped with one A/C unit located at the main area. We provide floor fans for the rooms that are not covered by Air Conditioning.
*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
** If an early check-in or a late check-out is requested, please note that there is an extra charge of €20 for early check-in and €15 for late check-out, and both are subject to availability. In such cases, you will need to message your check-in assistant to arrange the early check-in or late check-out directly with them, after which you will be informed about the payment method.
