"A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station. "

"Great for a long stay! I wish I found it earlier in my trip because it's well equipped and offers a more local experience than a hotel. The space was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Although I'd prefer larger towels the in suite washer was a treat! Not many restaurants or stores in the immediate vicinity, but a convenient distance to Hakata station. Would happily do a long stay here again."

"This is the only terrible experience I have had for so many years of traveling. The bathroom is leaking badly like fountain, the bath tub has the similar size as the one for dogs in North America. It takes 5 steps from entrance to bedding area and no railing in the outside: for me this is a safely issue for any steps higher than 2 feet without railing. "The room was poorly set up. Lots of dead space above the ground that could have been for storage but wasn't used. Bathroom was dated and creaky whenever you walked in. There was an iPad that took up space where luggage could have been. Bins took up so much space next to the TV. Bed was uncomfy. And the images were deceiving of the size of the room. Not going to that hotel again. "
