“Great location and communication with property owner. Refrigerator was not working well and could not keep our things cold. Maintenance did come out but think it was beyond repair. Parking spots are directly in front of unit and they block your door. Should be marked better so they do not block your entrance. Think that is our unit issue. Just an idea. Really liked the deck and view would stay again. Thank you!”

“Beautiful, cozy, well-appointed condo with stunning panoramic ocean views! Excellent check-in and check-out instructions and gracious, responsive hosts. We very much enjoyed our stay!”

“Beautiful space. Very easy to find. Parking lot made it convenient. The outdoor spaces had amazing views. Very quiet.”

“Fantastic place to stay in Costa Mesa. Dave was super helpful and very responsive. Check in was super quick and I was messaged our door code before 4pm without asking for early check in. Place was super clean and everything was laid out beautifully. All the essentials we needed were provided. Area was super quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be staying here again whenever I’m in the Costa Mesa area. The whole process was seamless.”

“It was overall a good experience. It was located within 2-3 miles of every location we were visiting. Trader Joe’s is a few blocks away as well as several good restaurants. “This place was so cute and comfortable! Tanner was very communicative and checked in on us to make sure we didn't have any issues checking in and had whatever we needed. 8-10 minute walk to the beach trail and many restaurants and shops are also a 10-15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!”
