“The front desk and people who run the hotel were beyond rude and unkind- spiteful might I add. The standard apartment they offer, had mold and damages everywhere. Clearly could tell they lack upkeep and real hospitality training there. All around was an awful experience.”

“I booked this hotel last minute while driving from Aveiro and sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we’d be arriving late. Unfortunately, our rental car got a flat tire, and we were stranded for hours, finally arriving around 4:00 a.m. I also called the hotel using the tow truck driver’s phone, but no one answered.
Instead of showing any understanding, the staff was rude and dismissive. When I asked about my message and requested a slightly later checkout due to our late arrival,……

“Pros: 1. The pool looks nice; however , we didn't use it. 2. The apartment is so big with huge balcony.
Cons: 1. The Apartment and the balcony were so dirty. 2. The bathroom had tons of mosquitos everywhere.
3. No trash pins in the bedroom, the living area or the kitchenette.
4. You get hot water for just few minutes, after that it turns to cold. When we asked about it, we were told to have to be quick when you shower.
6. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
7. We got the room so late, close……

“Our stay at this amazing villa near Carvoeiro was absolutely perfect. The spacious rooms and the beautiful garden provided the tranquil environment we were looking for, making it a wonderful base for our holiday. The customer support team was always available, and we appreciated how smooth everything was from booking to check-out.
