“The place was almost perfect with the listing. We sent a message before arrival to make sure they had luggage storage after checkout and to have 24hr service reception this is why we booked it and the hotel confirmed with a message. Once arrival, the receptionist was very nice and friendly and we asked again about luggage storage and said they do have it and wouldn’t be an issue also said will respond when needed but we never really got replies back from her the next day. “The washing machine worked perfectly and the air conditioning was excellent. We enjoyed hot water in the bathroom. The gas stove worked good. However I would love to have a tv in the bedroom. The light went off two or three times , but the complex has its own generator, so it wasn’t an issue. I’m still waiting for a $30 refund expedia charged me for an additional guest ”

“The apartment was nicely decorated and smelled great when we arrived. The location felt safe and was very convenient. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and private Jacuzzi, even though the water was slightly cold. The spacious patio with beautiful views was definitely the highlight of the stay.There is no elevator, but the ramp made access to the parking area easy. Power outages are common in the area, but the backup generator switched on within 2–3 seconds, which made everything feel……

“Love this place. It may seem small but it has everything it needs!! Fully surrounded by trees and nature, and there’s even a little river close by. There is hot water, and also an included breakfast, loved this since I didn’t have to worry about waking up and trying to come up with something to eat. If he food was really good. Owner you complain and still doesn’t want to refund you any money had to put a complain with the website to get money back 1.pool was not working 2.air conditioning wet all my things to the point of damaging my new clothes.
