“一入住就不想出去跑景點，真的舒適到不行”

“The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf)……

“We booked the higher part that we can be able the see the part of Ocean view So if you ike climbing so many stairs going up then this is for you.”

“飯店房間大體乾淨，外面就是泳池跟海灘很漂亮，並且有提供早餐，接駁車到市區及機場，非常方便。唯一缺點是距離市區有段距離，大約是10分鐘的腳程。”

“Such a cool place. Its got a great location to base youre travels from and a super cool and helpful staff if you need anything. Everything here has really been thought out well by the staff and management. They also are doing an expansion of the premises in this off season that looks like irs gonna be awesomene. The other really cool thing is its all off the grid on solar and has its own wells. Pair that with the great food and amazing staff makes this a go too for my EL Nido based trips”

“Ok ”

The washrooms are not flushing well. Sinks are clog. The lights are not functioning well. No toiletries in any rooms. Kettles only available in the outside kitchen. The property in the apps shows very nice pictures in the front of the property, it was faked. I even showed the pictures on the app to the caretaker. She……

“This hotel was horrible. It was insects and spiders Think lizards and Mosquitoes in the room. I tried to kill some of it. The bed was uncomfortable. The fan was not working. The AC wasn’t working properly. It was so much humidity. The advertised us as a hotel and Expedia and Hotels.com but reality is a hostel. They don’t take credit cards or if you wanna pay with PayPal they will be 10% extra charge, The only thing good about this hotel was the staff, Media It really went out of the way to help……
