“Excellent experience in Mary-Ann's Porarrigs hotel, i booked the single room, think it's worth the price, the breakfast is very very good to be honest, i like the living room there, nice and comfortable. the place - Longyearbyen, i would love to go there again if possible, it's amazing.”

“Lovely property, with well decorated spaces. The room was quite large, with a very comfortable bed and a good shower. Picture perfect views from windows. Staff really welcoming, and happy to offer advice for dining options / local insider knowledge. Very good breakfast. ”

“Excellent experience at the Svalbard Lodge. Room was clean, although a little outdated. Loved having a washer. The staff was great. We got tired of taking our shoes off every time we went from one building to the other, but that’s the way things are done in Longyearbyen. Dinner at the Polfareren was fabulous! It was a birthday trip and they made it special. ”

“Staff was very hospitable and the surroundings were serene. However the location is slightly far away from the town centre. Without any transport, at least 30 minutes of walk is needed to get to the town centre”
