“On arrival we were unable to access the property and had to wait for another guest to let us in. Smooth check process thereafter, Michael receptionist lovely and welcoming. Property description is not entirely what it seems as whole chalet is a bit miss leading, the rooms are part of a large building and spacious, clean rooms. “This is a shared bathroom with at least 6 other rooms which is unsuitable if you are travelling with an elderly parent. There is also No Parking despite this being advertised. The property did not reply to me about address and parking until the day AFTER my stay. Prooery did not reply to Expedia when we needed urgent support. We had to find our own alternative accommodation and still no resolution or contact from the property!!”

“What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. “This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”

“Entering the property was very off putting. I regretted the booking as the stairwell was dirty musty and stunk of marijuana. The apartment itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. I have to say it was overall one of the worst stays of any apartment ive booked . Extremely noisy from neighbours in unit 4 and from party goers loudly hanging out at the NCP car park.
