“The owner has multiple studios on site and there was confusion as I had been moved to a different place. The place I got was much smaller than I anticipated and he did refund me some money due to the issue. He communicated throughout the process. The place is clean and in a great location off of Magazine Street which made it easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. ”

“This place was great! The host was easy to contact and friendly. The check in process was super simple and we had no issues the whole time. The only issue we had was the kitchen floors were pretty dirty but other than that it was a great stay! ”

“The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!”

“Front desk clerk was always polite and helpful when we spoke. Room in need of a few small repairs (windows, walls) but nothing to be unexpected from the age of the area. Pet friendly if you are the first or 2nd floor, but coming from the third floor thats a lot of stairs to get down and outside dogs on leashes. Parking was a nightmare though, if you find a spot don’t move!”

“The Mansion was very accommodating when we arrived with our fifteen year old pup. We had reserved a suite, but it had a flight of stairs, that she would not be able to walk up. They were able to get us a smaller room on the first level, so very much appreciated. They also gave me a refund for the smaller room. THANKS!!! Christina”
