“My friends and I loved our stay at the Beach Villa! The host had great communication and recommendations for where to go around the area. The place included helpful features, like the porch clothesline, hose, beach bags, etc. And it was walkable distances to the beaches and still reasonably close to El Yunque. Staying here made the Luquillo trip extra fun!”

“The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“The view from this condo was absolutely beautiful and was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, almost everything else fell short of expectations. The unit had a noticeable roach problem, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The biggest frustration was the checkout process. Guests are expected to clean up before checkout, including washing dishes and taking out the garbage. The only dumpster was located at the East Tower while we were staying in the West Tower, requiring extra time……

“The property is a beautiful place. It was equipped with everything you need for a beach day. Chairs, towels, coolers, boards, and so much more. The pool was amazing, it had showers and it was clean. The host was easy to contact, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The view!!! The view was stunning and breathtaking! We got to see the sunrise and sunset, from the private balcony. The laundry came in very handy. It had clear instructions and was very functional. My family loved……

“Se explotó la llave de la bañera y se inundó el piso de agua tuve que limpiar el agua casi todo un día porque mantenimiento no llegaba. Los guardias de seguridad no podían hacer nada y la persona encargada del edificio nunca apareció lo cual gasté un día de mis vacaciones. Luego cerraron la pluma del agua y me dejaron sin agua en todo el apartamento a horas de irme ni me pude bañar. Muy inconvenient.”

“Everything was great, other than scheduled maintance (that the host did not warn us about) that left us without power for over 12 hours. The place was clean, safe, and was a very short walk to the beach.”
