“It’s raining and storming in Dunmore East so we decided to duck into Strand Inn for shelter. When we saw the fresh fish specials of the day, we decided to stay for dinner, too. We fell in love with the staff and decided we needed to stay the night!! It was the perfect decision. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning before we headed on our way.

“Excellent from start to finish. Welcomed warmly, directed before having to ask, room was luxurious and adapted for my mum without requesting so assume all rooms are adapted. Food was just perfect. I loved everything about it. The grounds are ablaze with colour and manicured beauty.”
