“Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.”

“This hotel is all about location, location and location. It’s very close to the Grand Place, right next to the historical center of Brussels. But the building is old, you will smell that when you go to the elevator. Rooms are super tiny, clean, but you will have a very limited space.
