Best rental accommodation I have ever stayed in!
I usually travel with a group of people, from 4-15, and have had many experiences booking rental properties. It's never perfect, and it is never expected to be. However, this accommodation was perfect in every way!
The apartment and the building it is a part of is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful pool area and exciting mid century architecture. The location is wonderful - just outside of the centro area. So it is an easy and cheap uber to centro, but it can also be a wonderful walk (about 40minutes) with many wonderful shops, cafes and restaurants on the way.
The apartment was well stocked, and everything was comfortable and clean. A large patio was wonderful for morning coffee or after tour cocktails. The beds were comfortable with crisp cosy linens. The bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. A small kitchen allowed for simple cooking if needed.
But the best part of our stay was Carlos, the building manager. He is the nicest man, and was there to greet us and show us around the building. Anything we needed help with, he responded immediately. On the last day we met the owner Sylvie, who was also absolutely wonderful.
I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Caseiba. Over time I have discovered VRBO stays can be hit or miss, but this place is an absolute hit! You can tell that they genuinely care about you as a guest, and this is incredibly refreshing!
