"This property was really nice, staff was nice, breakfast was fresh. The only bad thing was that we were not told that there was a daily parking fee until checkout and we were slightly inconvenienced at checkin because we were given the wrong room. "

"Not sure if housekeeping skipped our room before check in but there was hair inside and out of the shower, looked like the counter hadn't been wiped down, and the floor hadn't been swept or mopped thoroughly. We were disappointed and expected it to be a lot better being that the reviews online seemed good and for the area it's in. I watched people crawling in and out of windows of the hotel and some shady activities in the parking lot. I definitely wouldn't stay here again and I usually like Wyndham."

"Unclean we had to clean the floor the tv made a piercing sound the sink dripped all night Couldn’t get food the computer didn’t work tub was filthy I couldn’t do my work the internet did not work I paid xtra and still did not work. I will never stay there again It cost 15 dollars to park in a parking lot full of pot holes. Just a bad experience "

"Breakfast on our first morning was very limited. Some of the hot items were cold and the oatmeal was thicker than usual. There were no bagels available that day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, probably due to wear and tear! This is our 3rd time at this hotel, and more than likely, won't be our last! Thanks to the entire team. "

"When we checked in, we discovered we did not get the room we booked on line with Expedia. When we told the front desk, they said they didn’t have to give us that room because we booked through Expedia. Also, we had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get towels. There were crumbs in the pullout sofa. And we were never told that we had to request our room be made up the night before. A very, very disappointing stay. Needless to say, we will never return."

"This was a really great experience until a massive leak through the ceiling caused water to pour into our room non-stop and they were unable to fix it. This was on my WEDDING night as well. It damaged some of my personal items including electronics and I have sent multiple emails and left several messages for the GM and have yet to hear back so unfortunately almost a week later so I will not be staying here again. I know accidents happen and some things are beyond the control of the hotel and can just be bad luck - but the handling of the situation and lack of communication since then to compensate for the damage is just ruining the experience even more."
