“Room was very cold ( plastic curtains over large patio door ) water was lukewarm, toilet cistern ran all night . Only 4 UHT milk and one earl grey tea bag !!Charged for parking in The Burford Car Park Area to right of room block on grass was covered in dogs mess !!Shocking place ”

“The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station!
The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable.
Two points of improvement
1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms.
2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered.
Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again.”

“Great location for our London explorations, very close to several shops and restaurants, as well as the South Kensington Underground station. Clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the air conditioning unit very much. Wish the bed were longer but it's a small room so that is what it is. We still slept well enough! Would return for another stay.”
