Great place!

Deborah’s place is perfect for a Newport stay and is very close to both Easton’s beach (few minute walk) and Second beach (15 minute walk). The place itself was very clean and had a bathroom, sitting area, small kitchen, and two bedrooms. Deborah was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with

Perfect spot for my relaxing getaway

This cozy apartment was perfect for my getaway- walking distance to beaches and restaurants, in a lovely old neighborhood. The apartment was clean and well appointed, and Deborah was an accomodating and friendly hostess. I will definitely be back.

Comfortable and Convenient Place to Stay in Newport

This two bedroom property is in a great location; walking distance to beaches and restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Newport. The place was well stocked, very clean and comfortable. Deb is welcoming, accommodating, responsive and attentive. I would recommend staying here without reservation and we hope to be back soon.

Great location

I love the location of this unit. Quiet neighborhood but less than 5 min walk to Easton Beach and good restaurants. Very easy drive to Thames and the mansions. It’s a small place but perfect size for us. Deb makes herself available for questions and gave great recommendations. We’ve already rebooked for next year!

Autumn weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Newport thanks to the most gracious hostess, Deb. She took great care, and making sure we were warm and comfortable. She thought of little details that meant a lot. We appreciated her recommending places to eat and visit. She went above and beyond. We will be back.

Wonderful!

My daughter (14) and I stayed 4 nights to enjoy time together in Newport and the beaches . Our stay at the beach house was perfect, clean and comfortable . It felt like our home away from home. We loved the decor and ocean view. All the little details such as coffee in the morning, beach chairs available, nice yard for our bikes and parking were wonderful. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and beaches. Deb is kind and accommodating. We will look forward to staying at the beach house again in the future!

Perfect Everything!!!

The perfect beach house with great amenities! The perfect location near the beaches, Cliff Walk, mansions and good restaurants. The perfect hostess! Deborah was wonderful! She responded to every question or email I sent and her pride of ownership shines throughout her clean, comfortable, welcoming beach house apartment! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend AND we hope to return again! P.S. this is a 3rd floor apartment with beautiful angles, one or two of which a 6ft.+ tall vacationer might bonk a noggin if they aren't careful.

Visiting for a wedding....

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood withing walking distance of restaurants and shops. The bedrooms had water views of Narragansett Bay. The attic apartment space was small but cute, well appointed, and clean; we didn't need anything more than the little kitchenette that was there. We met Deb when we arrived and she was very nice. But the STAIRS - wow. I didn't remember reading about those in the reviews ahead of time (though my friend did) and don't remember if they were mentioned in the venue description. There are A LOT of stairs, they are STEEP and NARROW and very tricky to navigate in heels or with luggage. The stairs are why I took a star off.

Celebrated a magical birthday with family at this perfect seaside getaway. Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. We walked to Easton's Beach, to Flo's. my favorite clam shack. Easy drive to Sachuest (aka Second) my favorite beach, stopped at Sweetberry Farm, another favorite, en route. Easy drive to the center of Newport or Bellevue Avenue/Ocean Drive. Deb was rapid-fire responsive to questions about kid-friendly dining (other family members stayed at a hotel but I was happier at Deb's).
