"Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Our favorite restaurant was Centro but Prado had a good vibe (Crave was great for a quick coffee/snack). If you go be sure to take advantage of gelato happy hour. Most of the resort had a great view as well."

"The room was excellent and clean. Tidied up every day I was there. The only thing is the foyer to the elevators was always dark. Plus, Expedia did not update the news that the bar would be closed for the time I was there. But that is not on the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Excellent time. I would suggest that they work on the sliding glass doors that go outside to the patio. It was very difficult to open. The staff was wonderful. We hiked every day and really had a chance to relax if you’re looking for a resort to relax at this is it!"

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We loved our big spacious room with the huge tub. The restaurant Zuzu was delicious. But most notably, the staff was extremely friendly and caring. They stood out to me the most and couldn’t have asked for a better experience."
