Minnetonka Vacations from $195

When we checked into the room, I had already prepaid for my reservation. However, I was charged twice. The front desk representative informed me that I only needed to pay a $100 deposit, which was supposed to be refunded. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The sheets on the main bedroom bed had not been changed, and there was a pair of underwear hanging from the curtains in the main bedroom. Additionally, the ceiling in the living room was peeling, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The following day, we went to the pool area, where we discovered that there were various items floating in the hot tub. This raised concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. To make matters worse, when it was time to check out, the gentleman working at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall, this experience was disappointing and fell far below the standard of service and cleanliness I expected. I paid for my reservation in advance and expected a clean, properly maintained room and respectful customer service. I am requesting that management review the double charge, verify the refund of my $100 deposit, and address the cleanliness and customer service issues we experienced. I would also appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and the poor quality of our stay. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal and very walkable for our purpose. Room was clean but not cozy. Very industrial decor, which is not our style. Bed wasn’t very comfortable but it also wasn’t the worst. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall, the room was lacking for a 4.5 star “luxury” hotel and the cost.

I travel quite a bit, and have never been at a hotel where Room Service comes around before 8am. I was shocked and as a female traveling alone, I was a little scared that anyone was knocking on my door that early.
