" Beautiful resort, absolutely top class staff and such a wonderful place. This is exactly what we wanted, a resort out of the main part of town but still easy to go in town. The staff helped us find a local driver that went above and beyond (thank you again Noom). Stand out staff were May, Earth and well everyone we interacted with. I give them a 10 of 10. Also food on site was great."

"We booked this resort on Valentines 2019. A total of 6 rooms with 13 of us for two night. We got there almost midnight on Feb 13th. We’re notice, no one stay at this place only us. This place is completely haunted. Three of the room got haunted on first night. The second night, on of our friend got possessed by ghost. Only one hotel staff, at night time for the whole place. He’s didn’t even help with anything. All 13 of us got so scared and gathered to stay in two rooms. We’re didn’t sleep...

"There was no maid service the whole time we were there. There was no stocked minibar. The restaurant/coffee cafe is like a school cafeteria and the table and seat coverings were filthy. There were ants on the breakfast buffet as well as in our room. If convenience store means three kinds of chips, peanuts, soda, beer and a basket of plastic razors; then yes, they did have that. It was right there in the cafeteria. Also, it was out in the middle of nowhere on a road not pedestrian friendly, so...

"The property was beautiful. A perfect place to escape the city, wander around, meditate, see the mountains, whatever you're into. Amazing, kind staff. I'll be back."

It was right there in the cafeteria. Also, it was out in the middle of nowhere on a road not pedestrian friendly, so there was no escaping the lack of services without calling Grab. Plus we had just stayed at the Intercontinental in Bangkok for only $60 more a night. This property is completely misrepresented. Today they texted us saying we left owing $26 and wanted our banking information? We assumed they would charge incidentals to our card - but I guess international hotels work differently? Anyway, my husband just left to mail them the cash, but good grief! A horrible experience, and seriously I am not that picky! I didn’t mention the mosquitoes because I can understand it’s not really the fault of the hotel, but there were plenty of them (there were more ants) hopefully, not the malaria ones..lol Travelocity certainly owes me some sort of explanation of how this property is on their site. "The pool!!!! The staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. Axel during our check-in could not have been any better. Throughout our stay axle and all the other front desk staff were extremely friendly helpful throughout our stay as well as planning excursions."
"Stayed here for nearly 2 months and love this place. It's quiet, safe and out of the way. The staff and all the neighbors are very sweet and friendly. It's not far to catch a Grab into town proper. There's something magic about the place itself. Go solo or with a group and rent out the bungalows. "
