Right in the center of MONT DORE, in an old Palace (Heritage classified as a Historic Monument) at the foot of the thermal baths (50m), opposite the Casino (50m) and 150m from the free shuttles (stops: La Poste and Tourist Office for Sancy ski resort), on site, all amenities: Food and food shops (Convenience stores, butchers, ...) Food market on Friday, Doctors, Pharmacy, Hospital, Restaurants, Skating rink, Bowling, Tobogganing (summer / winter), Cinema and Wellness areas, SNCF train station 10 mins walk, Free parking spaces nearby.

Furnished classified "furnished tourism" (2 *, June 2015), character apartment on two levels (mezzanine) enjoys a WEST exposure with views of the mountain and the thermal park, bright and fully equipped.
