The hotel it's ok the staff are great.the rooms has too much humidity and smell, need to work more on the hot water also need more variety of food. At the bar when you ask for chicken wings and French fries or they don't have wings or chicken wings. But other than that every was good. We love the skinny guy that entertain on the show we love paulino the housekeeper are great

The resort is average--nothing to rave about. Be careful on the week-ends. It is packed with local tourists, very noisy and there is just total chaos in the pools and the restaurants. Cannot even get a place to sit and eat.
