Welcome to your dreamy short-term rental nestled in the heart of Naples, Florida – where sun-kissed beaches, cultural gems, and endless adventures await! Situated just 10 mins north of Naples famous Fifth Avenue and surrounded by stunning botanical gardens; our rental offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.   
You are going to love staying in this three-bedroom house boasting a location less than two miles from Seagate, Naples and Clams Pass public beaches; all renowned for their white powder sand and crystal-clear water. You will find yourself immersed in paradise from the moment you arrive.  
  
Spend your days building sandcastles with your friends then come home to spread out in the open concept living space. The entertainment area is a great place to hang out with friends, with lots of comfortable furniture surrounding a large flatscreen TV. You can spread some of the provided board games over the dining table for an evening of fun, and the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances of the full kitchen will make it easy to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy on the eight-seater dining table in the screened-in lanai. At night, you'll have three bedrooms to take advantage of; one with an ensuite bath. The high-speed WiFi means remote workers and students can stay connected for those important last-minute projects.

The Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Garden, 5th Avenue and Golisano Children’s Museum are all within a 20 min drive away from home. Indulge your adventurous side with a visit to the Everglades for an Airboat tour and come face to face with the Floridian Gator a mere 40 min drive away!  
  
Convenience at Your Fingertips: With easy access to major highways and attractions, our rental provides the perfect home base for exploring all that Naples, Southeast Florida and the Everglades have to offer. Whether you're planning a day trip to nearby Marco Island or simply soaking up the sun at the Naples Pier, adventure is never far away.  
  
You have full use of a propane grill, 6 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach cooler and beach towels. The home also has a full-sized washer and dryer, both located in the garage that you can use throughout your stay.  
  
Guest Access  
You will have access to the entire home and it is self-check in any time after 4pm. You have full access to the entire house with the exception of an owner's closet.   
  
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

Other things to note:  
We make every attempt to keep our home spotless! A professional cleaning crew with years of experience cleans the home after every guest. While we strive for perfection, there may be times when something is overlooked. If that occurs, please notify us immediately and we will work to have the cleaners to correct the oversight.  
  
Our home is in a beautiful part of Florida that is very tropical in nature. This means that there are naturally occurring insects, spiders, lizards, and other pests outdoors. We make every attempt to ensure they stay outside...but unfortunately on occasion they may gain entry. Be sure to keep doors and windows closed (especially at night when lights are on) to limit the entry of flying insects.  
  
We often update and improve our home. During your stay you may notice new/different bedding, rugs, throw pillows, décor, and possibly furniture that differ from the photos you booked with.

#### Excellent Rental 

With local clients in the area, we opted to rent this house to work out of for 6 days straight. We found it to be excellent and the property manager was highly attentive. The home: spacious, clean, well situated in quiet neighborhood, well stocked and pleasantly decorated. Would stay again!

#### Nice time in Naples

Our home rental was spacious, clean, and conveniently located to all activities in Naples. The home was nicely furnished. The patio was spacious and comfortable to enjoy the spring weather. The management company communicated frequently; however, it took a few days for a slow-draining sink to be repaired. Our stay was relaxing.

#### First impressions can change

At first, we were surprised at the surrounding homes--not nearly as well kept as this one, but after staying a week, we fell in love with our rental home. New fixtures inside. A nice porch to relax on and equidistant between Goodlette Frank and Hwy 41\. We could buzz anywhere in Naples with no problems. The house was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe and enjoyed our trip. I'd consider staying here again. Naples is VERY expensive and I think we received good value for our money.
