“My husband, two dogs and I stayed here for the 6th year in a row. The house is on the ocean and has a pool. Enough said. The Hess family is excellent with communication. We had good weather for the two weeks we stayed at Ocean Panorama. We love this house!”

“What a comfortable and warm place! Our host was most responsive to questions and issues before and after the stay. The house was in perfect condition. It was so nice to get into a house that literally felt like our family home after a long day of transcontinental travel. So much nicer than the nicest hotel room for sure. Everything was there that we might have needed and many nice surprises from the host when we arrived also.The location is perfect - close to the historic downtown New Bern……

“This is a wonderful place to stay! It’s so spacious, clean, newly remodeled and stocked with everything you need and more. We were in awe of the amazing daytime and evening vistas of the water. You can relax and take in the views from the screened in deck, the outside deck and from the beach chairs along the waters edge. We caught fish from the pier in the back yard and also took the ferry adjacent to the house to fish and explore the Emerald Isle/Morehead City area. ”

“The hot tub was fabulous. The high privacy fence made us feel safe that our german shepherd would be safe to run and play in the backyard. The family really enjoyed the fire pit at night.”

“Overall a great location next to the beach. The floor boards are squishy and need replacing - made it odd to walk into the kitchen. Bed was super soft and access to everything (including UBER) was very convenient. ”
