So we ended up having to buy a hotel room last minute which cost an arm and a leg. She ended up sending me the check in information at night around 9:30 after we already got a hotel room. And now I cant get a refund because the cancellation doesn't fall in the time window. I cant tell you how the room was because I was never able to even get in. ”
