“Este homestay lo elegimos por como se veía la habitación, lamentablemente tuvieron un problema y la habitación que nos tocaba estaba fuera de servicio. La encargada nos ofreció habitación en otro lugar cercano pero no estaba al mismo nivel así que le pedimos la devolución y tuvimos que buscar otro lugar donde quedarnos de último momento. Por suerte conseguimos lugar”

“Staff are super nice and there’s Free bikes to use. You can bike to hang mua and even bich dong pagoda. Wish there was a safe box. Plus the sink clogged a lot where we had to manual unclog it and we could hear rats or some rodent in the walls at night which woke me up at night. ”

“Our stay could have been worse and maybe a different room would have been better but we were really unhappy with the room and location. Although situated close to the Hang Mua walk (about a 5 minute walk), the road it’s self left much to be desired. Maybe it didn’t help that we arrived at night, but the street was deserted with no street lamps and only 2 places to eat including an overpriced pizza place. “I Loved my stay at Heartfelt Hideaway. this is such a beautiful Hideaway, the best I've ever stayed in, ever. The manager, Hoa, is exceptionally wonderful. she is so kind, polite, professional. helpful and she organised amazing tours, and she is always smiling. As are all the locals. The food is home made and delicious, and the property is very clean. You must visit this place, it is amazing. I can't wait to visit again in the future. Thank you Mrs Hoa and thank you Heartfelt hideaway....

“Em nossa chegada pela manhã (antes do horário de check-in) onde só gostaríamos de deixar nossas malas para andarmos pelo vilarejo até o horário de irmos para o quarto, fomos recebidos de maneira hostil pela proprietária que nos questionou de forma inconveniente sobre termos feito a reserva pelo Hoteis.com e não por outra famosa plataforma, ela insistia para que cancelássemos e reservássemos novamente por esse outro site ou com ela pois desta forma ela receberia o dinheiro em mãos (a comunicação...

“La personne a la réception a voulu me refaire payer alors que j’avais déjà réglé via Hôtel.com, ensuite on a voulu me changer d’hôtel, ce que j’ai refusé donc elle m’a immédiatement donné la clé de ma chambre. En fait elle était disponible, mais il s’agissait clairement d’une arnaque; étant donné que la chambre ne ressemblait en rien aux photos; elle était sale, draps pas changés….. je ne recommande surtout pas, surtout à 25€ la nuit!!!!!!”
