We paid in full through Expedia when we booked; however, the property charged us additional resort fees at check in. It doubled the price we paid. The amenities are located at the other property and not within walking distance. The ice machine was broken. I will never stay here again.

The hot tub had hair floating in it

The staff was great. They made sure everything was done from lighting fire pits to making sure nothing was needed in our room. There were no major issues, just needed a curtain rod repaired. It’s a beautiful place to stay, just be sure to get the lake view rooms. Very convenient to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena and Branson.

The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfy, shower pressure was good. There was a table and 3 chairs, convenient when bringing meals back to the room. I'm an older female, was traveling alone and felt very safe coming back to my room after dark. The place is WELL lit. It's a small, older hotel and my particular room had a few minor maintenance issues - rust on the shower curtain rod, small cracks in the sink, top dresser drawer would slowly roll back open after you closed it (which was a bit freaky until I realized what was happening). The only towel bar in the room was about 12-18 inches above the toilet - not ideal. But there was nothing that was a deal breaker for me. Nice mini fridge and microwave. A charging station on the nightstand, which was really handy. Hairdryer and full sized coffee maker in room. Wish the TV had been a bit larger, but that's just because of my old eyes, not a hotel problem. The owners were amazing! Mina was very personable, kind and helpful, she wanted to make sure my stay was pleasant - and it was. Although I left my four-legged crew at home, pets are welcome here. (Owners dog, Chewy, was adorable.) The hotel is right on 76, a convenient location, about a mile from the convention center. Overall, it was a great place to stay while attending the conference, and I'd stay there again.
