We did not eat breakfast there so I can’t speak on the breakfast. The staff was awesome. The rooms were very clean. They are outdated but nice and quiet and clean.

Overall, the place was clean. Has a washer and dryer and full kitchen which made the stay pretty good. The only issue was the indoor pool by the unit was unavailable the whole week we stayed, and also when we needed clean towels, we had to wash them instead of room service providing new ones. Other than that, the stay was very good.

I traveled with my husband and 5 kids (18,16,2, 11 month twins) and this place was perfect for us. It was plenty of room and we didn't feel smothered. The washer and dryer was a great accommodation as well as the pots and pans. We planned on cooking most of our meals to save money, so that was helpful. The staff was attentive and quick when we needed more towels and trash bags. It is a little outdated, but I noticed that most of the places we went to were pretty outdated. The check in was in a different area, which was ok but the traffic going across 76 was hard to go through. Overall I'd recommend this place to anybody.

When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't shut off and was starting to melt through the plastic shield. We were on the 4th floor and the patio railing wasn't bolted/screwed on tightly. Dining chair legs were loose and couldn't be used unless we tightened all the bolts. The bedroom headboard needs more stability. Lots of food chunks and large pieces of trash under the bed. Bedroom blinds kept sticking. No screens in the bedroom windows. The bathroom had broken and chipped tile baseboard with raw drywall exposed to moisture. Chipped tile near shower had mold growing behind with the drywall getting soft. Light fixtures in the bathroom we're not properly stabilized. No extra toilet paper was provided.

It was very nice. I can picture this hotel in a small European town. John at the front desk was helpful.
