“This was a nice place to stay. I traveled with 2 other ladies and we felt safe and at home. We did have an issue with the neighbor one night but the management team took care of it right away and it was 10:15 at night. Very responsive and very cordial! We were not used to the shotgun home, where rooms are not private but they had sound machines and other extra amenities to help make everything very doable and homey! Thank you for a great weekend away from home!”

We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. “The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. ”
