Great family stay

Very clean and beautiful apartment for family stay. We were all extremely comfortable and the hotel and area was extremely beautiful. The only thing that seemed to give us issue was the air once in a while, but other than that everything was outstanding. We will definitely be coming back !

This was a convenient location and had great onsite service. The unit we had was new, clean and nicely furnished. Daily housekeeping was also a nice plus.

Great access to Universal

We stayed four days/three nights and the the three parks in two days pass at Universal. Location was great for a family trip to Universal! Plenty of food options within 10 minutes, including several amazing steakhouses. Staff and on site facilities and restaurant were all top notch. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a great place that is conveniently located.

Good Disney park location

This was a convenient location for daily visits to the parks - easy access to I-4. The pool was nice and the 2 bedroom condo great space for 3 of us for 3 days. Note: there is no balcony so the only outdoor space is down by the pool - photos/description were accurate, I just missed this detail.

Great Family of 4 rental

My partner is a very picky eater, he prefers to cook his own food and this was absolute best. We ordered instant cart while we visited the parks and groceries where ready when we got to our weekend “home.”

Wonderful and safe location. Great security. Beautiful unit with very comfortable beds. Furnished well. Our dryer timer did not work properly and would run until you stopped it. The dishwasher leaked a bit. And our never got below 72 degrees. But maintenance was supposed to look at all of those things when we departed. They were very responsive. Would definitely stay there again. The view was amazing. We were on the 15th floor.

Fun time at universal

The property was great, and had all the things that a family needed to enjoy the week. It is absolutely not in walking distance to Universal Studios though, so we had to take an Uber back-and-forth. There is one bus that goes to Universal and brings people back in the evening, but that was not conveniently timed for us

Great location!

I enjoyed my stay, I would have given 5 stars but the shower in the master bathroom leaked all over the floor. Also, the dryer took a REALLY long time to dry. It took about 2.5 hours to dry one load and the clothes we still a little damp. Other than the above, everything else was great! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

The accomodations were extraordinary. Unit completely stocked with everything you need and staff was more than accomodating to provide you with what thought you needed and provide you with what you needed if not provided Young boys totally enjoyed the game room and we so appreciated that the dining area was right outside of the dining area that allowed us to keep a watch out for them. Property totally secure, clean and inviting. Will absolutely recommend to friends, family and is definitely is my absooluteloy go to spot when returning to Orlando to share family love.

Our Harry Potter Vacation

My daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and myself completely enjoyed our 2 bedroom condo! It was spotless when we arrived, and everything was as described in the listing. We all agreed that our beds were very comfortable, and storage was awesome. We had a few questions during our stay, and were so pleased that Jake, the property owner, answered my calls both times. He also responded to our questions online quickly. It’s just a few minutes drive to Universal Studios! We are already planning on a trip next year.

Excellent place and workers. My only recommendation is that it's a pet friendly place but don't have a park for pets? and you can not walk your pet around the pool? So uncomfortable to walk my pets far from the building or having then just on the apartment.

Great stay

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The resort experienced computer issues and couldn’t issue us keys to our room…for 3 days! Extremely annoying, we couldn’t lock our room when leaving and required assistance with getting into the building. The staff and security were great. It wasn’t their fault but had I known this issue, I would have stayed somewhere else. All other issues were great so I hope they fix this issue. We checked out still without keys.

Universal Stay

We had a good stay at Westgate Palace in Orlando. The unit was clean, and we really appreciated the free shuttle to Universal—super convenient! The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after long park days. A couple of things could be improved: the trash bin was way too small, especially since there's no daily housekeeping, and the TVs in the bedrooms weren’t smart TVs—only the one in the living room was. Overall, a solid option for families or groups visiting the parks.
