"This property is remote- there are attractions within a half hour drive, so if you’re hoping to walk to nearby places, this isn’t the one. Everything is much higher quality than I typically see in a VRBO rental. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up! "We had an overnight stay at the Red Roof Ashtubula-Austinburg. I had reserved 3 rooms and 2 out of the 3 were not cleaned properly toilet was dirty, nasty comforter, sheets, and mattress pad (I have had this happen at big chain hotels as well). The front desk guy was nice and looked at the rooms and moved them with no issue. Some went out and bought their own sheets after that. We definitely bought our own washclothes and some bought towels. I travel with bleach wipes and I will say for a motel my room was pretty clean except the light switches. We did not utilze the bar. Couldn't even tell you if it was open. For a quick overnight stay it would suffice just make sure to check the comforters and sheets."

My only negative would be that the parking lot was in poor condition, a lot of ruts and cracked pavement.
