I was very happy to find this boutique hotel within shouting distance of the Messe. For many years I stayed at the Marriott but wanted a change. It is a charming, quiet and comfortable hotel. The staff are particularly good natured and helpful. I hope no one reads this review so the rates don’t go up too much for next year. Be aware though it’s not fancy or upscale so if that is what you are after it may not be the right fit for you.

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful. My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option. I could hear every dropped dumbbell. Such a shame as the location is great.

What an absolutely phenomenal experience! What began as an unexpected overnight stop turned into one of the most memorable highlights of my trip. I was driving toward Frankfurt when it started getting late, so I called the hotel to inquire about accommodations and amenities. I had the pleasure of speaking with Justin, who immediately impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and genuine hospitality. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly, making me feel like a valued guest before I even arrived. Upon check-in, Justin exceeded expectations once again! His warm welcome, attention to detail, and thoughtful explanation of the hotel’s amenities demonstrated a level of service rarely encountered today. He is truly an exceptional ambassador for this property! The hotel itself was equally remarkable. The facilities were phenomenal, the spa was immaculate, and the swimming pool was absolutely spectacular! Every aspect reflected quality, comfort, and an impressive commitment to guest satisfaction. Justin deserves special recognition from hotel leadership. Employees like him don’t simply provide excellent service; they create lasting impressions, inspire loyalty, and turn first-time guests into returning customers. What I intended to be a simple overnight stay became an experience worth sharing. I will absolutely return and enthusiastically recommend this hotel to others. Thank you, Justin, for setting the gold standard in hospitality!

Front desk staff were not very friendly when I asked to check in early (keep in mind I was emailed asking if I wanted to pay a fee to check in at 10am, and arrived to the property about 11am). The room was nice but signs of wear and tear; including stains on the carpet, curtains, and bed. I have stayed at nicer 4 star hotels. Would probably find another hotel if I returned to Frankfurt.
