"All communication was done online but hosts were very attentive and responsive. We arrived early and were happy for us to drop off our luggage at the apartment whilst it was being cleaned. Apartment is located in a busy area of the town but also not too far from the beach. Apartment itself was very nice - clean and spacious! Would definitely recommend! "

"Really nice area and the bus stop is right outside the room it's a 15 minute bus to Palma for 2€ each way. Clean room and smelt nice. Some of the towels had some stains so didn't use them and was left half a roll of toilet paper so had to go buy our own housekeeper came the day after with one roll after messaging the owner. Room could definitely use a mini fridge to keep snacks and cold drinks but that's my only comment. "

"Terrible experience overall. There was no email with check-in details or property information. Instead, I received a WhatsApp message asking me to send a wire transfer for an additional payment they called a “tourist tax.” I specifically chose Vrbo for the simplicity and security of booking and payment, but this property completely bypassed that process.I contacted the property manager through Vrbo and was told I needed to reach out to the property owner myself and coordinate this extra payment....

"The apartment had a terrible moldy odor in the kitchen from a closet with cleaning supplies and a mop. there was automatic deodorizer that made the smell even worse. The management company sent someone over two days later and the smell was still there. We did not use the kitchen due to the smell. It made us all nauseous. The barroom had mold in several areas that could have been easily cleaned. The beds were comfortable."
