Poor communication regarding parking and wristbands

Property was nice but needs quite a bit of repair. Many areas in floor are water damaged and sunk-in, as well as damaged blinds in the bedroom and entry door. Weather stripping on entry door also damaged. Property owner failed to send information regarding parking permit and mandatory wristbands, so we were accosted by on-site security guards. Property manager advised us to go to guest services immediately for assistance (even though it was late and I questioned if they were open) but no one was available, as it closed at 7pm. I stayed at this property last year and bikes were included, but this year they were not and I paid over $300 extra out of pocket.

Gas grill had no gas in tank. Reached out to mgt company but call was never returned. Had to get a new tank at last minute. Overall property is good. Would stay again.

Great location

Location was perfect, but there were a few safety issues and the house was very clean but the furniture was very worn. Smoke detector had been removed from the first floor bedroom and there was no dryer vent connected to the dryer. The house also had a very strong musty smell. We were given the wrong door code to use at check in but the management company was quick to fix the issue. Overall a great stay, just the few minor issues. I’d stay here again assuming the safety issues are resolved.

EXCELLENT!

It was everything we wanted and was as pictured on the websites. Great location. Great stock of needed items in the kitchen area; washer & dryer worked great; beds were very good; tv's were good; living room furniture was very comfy; great dining room table; great linens in bathrooms; maybe could have used a few more smaller cups in kitchen to drink from rather than so many wine glasses; Overall all = A+

Well needed family vacation

We booked this home for a last minute family vacation, after much debate and reviews of other locations within the Rosemary Beach area. We decided on the Seacrest area as it is walking distance to the Rosemary, Inlet and Aly’s areas shopping and dining experiences. The home is the perfect location from the pool and the beach. Literally across the street from the beach entrance and the pool is about 20 steps away. When we arrived, the home was ready and prepped as it was stated in all the communications. Check in and check out we’re a breeze and the property management were very accommodating during our stay. This was our first time coming down to Rosemary during Fall. We recommend Fall over Spring any day! The weather was amazing. The beach was quiet (not as private as Carillon); however, coming off-season helped. The pool was quiet. No wait for restaurants. As far as the home amenities- it had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation for a family of four and black lab. We’re pretty spoiled when we stay places, so we prefer really nice, top of the line. This place wasn’t the Ritz, but it was a decent 5 bedroom that accommodated 2 teens where everyone had a comfy king bed and own bathroom/shower. Water pressure and washer/dryer worked great. The living room furniture could be replaced or deep cleaned, as there were stains on the furniture and carpets. However, we did not spend a lot of time on the couch. We all loved having our own balconies. Overall, the place did not disappoint as far as location, comfort and amenities. We did not realize how beautiful Rosemary is during the Fall season. Our family has found our happy place and Blissful Breeze helped us get there. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and family memories!

Amazing property!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was extremely clean and had absolutely everything we needed. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes and is located in a great neighborhood with access to all the shops.

Great home close to pool and beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach. Having a master bedroom on each of the three levels was perfect for 3 households staying together in the same house. We loved being walking distance to peddlers pavilion and downtown rosemary. Pool area is fantastic and beach is a super short walk away. They do have a shuttle but we never felt the need to use it since Beach is pretty much across the street. Our only gripe was how small the public beach area is. Most of the beach in this area is privatized and if you don’t want to pay exorbitant fees to reserve chairs and umbrellas then you need to get to beach quite early to get a good spot near the water. Can’t imagine what the beach looks like during busy season. Otherwise, great trip.

Great house!!

The house was perfect for our family of 8! It was well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, cups and plates! We appreciated the beach chairs and toys in the shed! The house is right off 30A, so easy to walk to restaurants and Sunday farmers market! Property manager was very responsive to any concerns or needs we had! We would stay here again!

Lovely home for 3 families!

Had a lovely week in Seacrest beach. the property had great space for 3 families, mostly teenagers. Easy walk to pool, beach, restaurants, ice cream. Very crowded week but absolutely lovely all around

Great house in great location

Very clean, well stocked. Excellent communication with property manager. House is very close to the pool, east walking distance to beach, though there is a tram stop right outside if you’d rather that. It’s also located at the end of the fil-de-sac, so there was minimal street traffic.

Perfect location

With downtown Rosemary Beach a few blocks one way and Alys Beach a few blocks the other, this location is a dream for taking in the area. Property was just as listed, clean, and great for a family or large group. The pool in the complex is amazing. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Great Proximity To Àmentities and Resources

74 Blue Dolphin Loop is a great house for large families or groups. The property is a short walk to all the resort àmentities and the shuttle takes you to the beach if you don't want to walk. This property is located in a community within a community and everything is highly accessible, via a short walk or bike ride. Motorized carts not recommended.

Labor Day at 30A

Beautiful home, pictures are very accurate. Kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The home does back up to 30A, which at times the road noise was bothersome.

Great Experience at Blissful Breeze

Our family of 9 had a great, comfortable stay at Blissful Breeze. Prior to our arrival the property manager let us know there was an issue with one of the AC units and it was PROMPTLY addressed and corrected. The kitchen was very well appointed and we appreciated the available pantry space for food storage. The walk to both the pool and beach is very close and convenient...we never even felt the need to use the tram. We also loved the walking proximity to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. The huge pool area was very well kept and the neighborhood feels very clean and well manicured/maintained. I think the only call out for future renters is that in peak season the beach is very crowded with rented chairs so it's helpful and important to know that in advance as we were told front row seats book several months in advance. If you want to know that you'll have seats and space at the beach, I definitely recommend looking into the rental in advance. Grateful for the time as such a lovely house and thankful for the great experience with the property management team!
