We had an issue with hot water for the first 3 days, that we had to complain about a few times, before we were moved to another room. It was a known issue that we finally learned about after talking to other guests. Preferred club amenities were lacking. Premium alcohols advertised were largely not available when we asked. Some staff really shined and provided service above and beyond. We really wanted to like the property better, but it seems like upgrades are occurring at this time to Dreams instead of Secrets.

This was our second stay and it did not disappoint. The biggest perk for us is the snorkeling right out front of the Resort. The staff is always so friendly and the food is delicious.

Clean, cute and for the most part a friendly staff. We received a walk-out unit as an Expedia VIP member which was convenient and scenic. Now the downsides, really poor internet throughout hotel, TV pretty much non functioning due to constantly disrupted internet signals. The Air Conditioning was really noisy and we couldn’t control the temperature as the thermostat was broken and stuck on high. We went to the lobby to explain the aircon issue and they sent the maintenance guy who said yes it was a problem unit and the only way to turn it off was by turning off the circuit breaker when then left us with no cooling. The shower pressure was really low and the patio had cheap white plastic chairs and table. The Pool was much colder than the Ocean water. The Staff, however, always seemed friendly at the inside bar, front desk and the restaurant, but not friendly at the outside bar. Overall an average stay but this hotel has some work to do to. Oh, and in the future please respond to messages sent through Expedia…

We took our 3.5 year old daughter and she had a blast. The food was great, but beware of where you can get drinks for the package that you buy. We had one adult pass with alcohol and one adult pass without -- it you didn't have the alcohol part, you could only get drinks at the buffet/lunch pavilion, which made it inconvenient if you had children playing in the water somewhere. There is also an age restriction (7+) for the inflatable toys in the ocean, however, they didn't tell us this until after my daughter had swam all the way out there (they are a ways out!). She was rather bummed that she couldn't climb on it. Overall, we enjoyed it and would go back again.

Go early and spend the whole day. Take your own towels. They charge $8.00 for towel usage. Lots of food and drinks. Best day of the trip.
