She let us have our room back so we could have somewhere warm to wait and allowed us an extra 30 min past check out so we could get our car back. Thank you Judy for your kindness. "

"Staff was waiting for me when I arrived super late and greeted me happily. They were so friendly and took the time to help me with a car rental issue I’d encountered. Ahead of my arrival, they had also planned to place me in a quieter area of the hotel to avoid any noise issues from a couple groups of teens that were also staying. My room was very clean and felt a little like I was at summer camp with all the lodge decor. Hot hot hot shower water. The pool was also pretty clean, I used the hot tub and it looked like one of the workers was testing the pool water to keep it nice. "
