“No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room. The views of NYC from the outside patio were nice. The lack of communication through the booking left us confused and the people that……

“I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel”

“Absolutely horrible, They lied about how we would be accomodated, the information they provide is completely confising, what they ask of the guests in terms of how to enter and what codes and rules, is just as confusing, they made us wait an hour after our arranged arrival, completely disgusting, they should not be allowed to provide any type of service ”

Specific issues included: - The curtain rod had fallen down, requiring me to fix it myself. - The room lacked the private shower that was advertised and indicated in the reservation details. Furthermore, my room was changed by the host prior to my arrival without my request. I was only informed of this change via a phone call. “This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.”

“I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. ”
