I had a wonderful stay overall,  the staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and the daily breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The room was spotless and well‑appointed, and all common areas were impeccably maintained. My only drawback was the bed: it was quite hard and left me aching after a few nights. A mattress topper or softer option would make a big difference. If the hotel upgrades its bedding, it would easily be a five‑star experience. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

Amazing staff very friendly. I enjoyed my stay until the air conditioning stopped cooling my room the last two nights of my stay. I was forced to stay at another hotel due to very very hot weather. I returned to check out two days later and air conditioning was repaired. I understand things happen with equipment. Just wanna share my full experience. Ending with the staff was amazing. I will possibly stay again on my travels after verifying air conditioning has been upgraded.

Beautiful hotel, with modern facilities and I didn’t mind the location near the local fresh food market right across the road. Easy access to many local eating options as well as things to see and do. Breakfast was lovely with several choices, just some things in closhes were not hot, really nice space to eat in. A chicken avocado salad I chose from room service was very disappointing, did not match the description of ingredients on the menu with a tiny bit of chicken diced up rather than the slices depicted in the picture and other ingredients absent altogether eg tomato. Staff at front desk just verbally apologized when informed did not provide a discount.

Rude, demeaning, insulting would describe the attitude of at least the woman checking in my wife. Demands made to locate towels? (Which were in the room). The concept of checking into the hotel and then enjoying your time there doesn't exist. Finding any reason to tell you to pay additional money seems to now be the primary goal.

Amazing pool deck

The staff here were very nice and the pool area is spectacular. I was disappointed in my bed - it was very hard - but everyone has different expectations and i understand that.

Fantastic hotel in good location

Arguably best hotel in the city. Very clean and fresh throughout. Room was not too big but in excellent condition. Good AC. Helpful front desk and a nice breakfast. Roof top pool was great but only 2 pounders were in the sun after midday which was a little disappointing.
