It wasn’t bad except I didn’t have a microwave, the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close and it was smaller than I expected. The one good thing about it was it was close to the concert venue

Worst hotel I’ve stayed in a long time. Not clean, musty, and unkempt. No shuttle to Hershey.

Clean and quiet.

I stayed there seven nights and prepaid. I got a handicap accessible room for my 96 years old father and stayed overnight with him. I live nearby in Mechanicsburg so we just slept there. The room was only cleaned once the whole time. We received fresh towels only 3 times. The housekeeper banged very loudly on the door (not gently knocked) at 8:30 am one morning. We were not checking out that day. My father answered it and I was in the bathroom. I asked her why she was banging so early in the morning and she said I had an attitude. She said all housekeeping staff start at 8:30 am. I called front desk and complained,. The manager stated that housekeeping gets started early and that many work and leave hotel early. Well, that was not me given I was taking care of my Dad. I also stated that no one had been into our room to collect trash or give us fresh towels in 3 days. She apologized about that. We left at 10 am and when we got back in the evening, there were towels left out at the door. They didn't even bother to bring them in. The hallways when you come in side entrance were filthy with dead bugs on the tiles. The trash bins outside were full with open food containers. It looks like this hotel doesn't have enought staff to handle the premises and to clean all the rooms. I will never stay at another Homewood Suites hotel.
