Pittsford Vacations from $281

Stayed 2 nights and found the room to be clean. Not having a microwave in the room was a bit of an inconvenience as we had to go to the lobby to warm food. We visited the pool on the 4th floor to find a hot tub that had been boarded up and the room was dark and cold and we had to search for the lights. Heating the room and water more thoroughly would have made it more enjoyable. If looking for a solid night's rest I would advise requesting a room away from the elevators that make a loud squeeking noise while in operation. The walls are also very thin and we could easily hear conversations in the rooms next to us as well as activity in the hallway. The entrance was a little difficult to find when we arrived as the entrance takes you into a parking garage that often is hidden by large busses and with road work happening around the building, made it a little stressful to circle back to find it. We did not try the eat in restaurant options as there were many cheaper options in the surrounding area.

I realistically only booked this hotel to use the hot tub and it was down for maintenance. They do not have do not disturb signs on their doors so it was a little frustrating when staff knocked on the door multiple times after I said no thank you and then they came back and knocked more. I was so exhausted I just wanted to sleep! The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. However, I do not recommend spending $68 for the ribeye. It had no seasoning.

We loved our stay at this beautiful and historic B&B!. There are several common rooms downstairs for sitting/chatting/reading. We ended up playing a Scrabble game they had available. The soft classical music in the background was a nice touch. They had tea, coffee & little treats/snacks available the whole stay. Our room felt clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We were equipped with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The breakfast was delicious! We would stay again.
